The Alpha Tub chair is a custom-designed singular lounge seat. Therefore chair is perfect for lounge areas and open public spaces. These chairs are made right here in Australian and can upholster with any material preference. Additionally, with high-density foam cushioning and quality framing. As a result this product is guaranteed to highly durable for regular use.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION
The chairs frames for the Alpha Tub is made in house to specifications for commercial use from Plantation Solid timbers such as Victorian Ash, NZ Beech and Pine, FSC certified. Furthermore, We also use a range of HMR board and MDF for Kick resistant paneling.
Additionally, our timber frames are manufactured from timber that meets the PEFC / Chain of Custody Certification.
SUSPENSION SYSTEMS
Regarding our suspension of the Alpha, over 90% our seat suspension is no sag hardened steel springs. Additionally with paper-covered wire for extra support and longevity. As well as, our back suspension consists of high grade elastabelt-webbing.
STITCHING
Importantly, all patterning for the Alpha, cutting and sewing is controlled in house. Therefore we internally stitch and for added strength top stitch, twin stitch and pipe our product.
UPHOLSTERY FABRICS
Being made in Australia allows us to upholster all our items in customers selected fabrics and leathers. As a result, the advantage of our knowledge and experience ensures covers that are “Fit for Purpose”.
